 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible and to assure a smooth and prompt delivery of your ordered item(s). However, our lead times (also known as production times) are approximate and provided to Turnkeystyling by our manufacturers. Turnkeystyling will do its best to meet lead times, although factors outside of our control, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production or not having all materials on hand to complete your item(s), make it impossible for us to guarantee any specific due date. In case of any delay, you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that any problem exists. Most in-stock items are delivered in 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order. All custom/special orders (this includes, but is not limited to, furniture lines that you must select a finish colour or fabric choice) have a lead time of approximately 4 to 10 weeks depending on the type of order and manufacturer. Many of our items are custom-made or shipped direct from our vendors and artisans to your door. You are getting the products straight from the source so there is less chance of delay or a middleman handling the shipments. Quality craftsmanship takes time, so please be patient as delivery times for these items will vary widely. We welcome your inquiries as the estimated delivery time approaches and we can follow up to give you a more specific idea of your ship date at that time.

Also, note that shipping time for items is not included in lead times and is calculated from the time that the item(s) are scheduled for pickup from our manufacturer. We act as your liaison to best assist you in a prompt delivery but again, some variables are out of our control as we are considered a third party.

      • Orders sent via “GIG Ground” average 3 – 7 business days once they leave the factory.

      • Orders sent via “GIG2 Day Air” average 2 business days once they leave the factory.

      • Orders sent via Freight Carrier average 7 -15 business days depending on location once they leave the factory.

    Please keep in mind that these time frames are AFTER the product leaves our manufacturer. Once your item has been shipped you may contact Customer Service to obtain a tracking number. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours from the time your order leaves the warehouse to the time the information is available on GIG or another carrier’s website.

    If you have a large order and one item is going to cause a delay or is back-ordered, we may ship your order in multiple shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the extra shipment(s). If you need to verify stock information and availability prior to placing your order, please contact Turnkeystyling directly.

    Most orders can be shipped via GIG. Larger items (as noted on the price list) and volume orders will be shipped via common carrier. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. The customer’s preferred carrier will be used if the customer agrees to assume any additional or all (if applicable) transportation charges. Please note, choosing your own shipping carrier may result in cancelled warranties. All shipments are packed very carefully using standard-approved packing methods. If any damage or loss occurs in transit, please do not refuse the shipment as this causes unnecessary shipping expenses and delays. If you need or require immediate shipping, these types of inquiries may incur additional “hot rush” fees (which will be quoted at the time of request depending on size and type of order). We will do our best to meet your requested date, but it is not guaranteed. For more information or to request rush delivery, please contact Turnkeystyling directly.

    Furniture and large items often ship via a truck carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Truck companies will contact you a few days before the delivery to schedule a delivery date and time frame (typically a 2-4 hour window) that works for you. For standard truck delivery, our shippers deliver furniture to your driveway. Premium in-home delivery is available for an additional fee if you would like the item placed inside the threshold of your home or in a particular room with all packing materials discarded. Truck items can be ONLY shipped within the 30 contiguous states.

    If you need to reschedule the delivery with our carrier, please contact them as soon as possible so as not to incur any charges for missed delivery appointments. If your scheduled appointment is missed, you will be charged a delivery trip fee. Please do not arrange for the item/items to be delivered when no one is home to receive them. Although our suppliers take great care in packaging their goods for shipping, damages may occur in transit. Furniture items must be carefully inspected BEFORE you sign for the delivery. If the furniture happens to arrive with any defects DO NOT sign for the items. Contact us immediately while the trucking company is there so that we may discuss the best way to handle the situation. If you are not able to get in contact with us, please note the damages and status of the packaging materials on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. Grats Decor will be unable to assist you in the replacement of damaged goods or reimbursement if the above procedures are not followed.

    Free Shipping: Free shipping applies only to Standard Shipping within the Lagos State (within the 20 contiguous local government areas only).  To inquire about shipping rates outside of Lagos State, please contact Turnkeystyling directly.  If for any reason you need to return an item that had free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus our standard shipping cost and minus the re-stocking fee. The only exception to this policy is if an item received is defective, in which case it will be replaced with no additional shipping fees. Custom-made items, some lighting, furniture and bedding are not returnable. Refer to our return policy for details. In the case that the ship-to address is not accessible by the regular delivery truck, the customer will be responsible for all additional delivery charges such as ferry fees, etc. Please contact Turnkeystylig directly to make us aware of any special delivery requirements that must be taken for the item to reach the final destination. The free shipping offer does not include furniture assembly (but may be available for additional fees if it is arranged before the order is placed). Please contact Turnkeystyling directly before placing your order should you need special delivery arrangements or furniture assembly.

    Additional shipping charges: Some of our items require additional charges to ensure they arrive at your home in safe and sound condition. Artwork may need to be securely carted and packaged, and glass lampshades may require special handling fees. Any additional shipping charge above our standard shipping cost is noted on the product page as a “delivery surcharge”.
